As we were living in the UK at the start it was important that we had good communication with the builder and architect on what was quite a difficult sloping plot. This was very well achieved. We were consulted on all changes and listened to the builder and architects advice, as they knew the area and what could be possible. Conversely, they also listened to us and what our requirements were. Consequently, we now have a house that more than comes up to our expectations.
